Gov. Beshear Orders Flags to Half-Staff Saturday in Honor of Winchester Police Officer
Gov. Andy Beshear has ordered flags at all state buildings to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Saturday, April 20, in honor of a Winchester police officer who suffered a medical emergency and died following an arrest.
