4 Arrested on Drug Charges in Paintsville

A tip about possible drug activity on Mills Street has led to the arrest of four Paintsville residents. 

The residents were identified as Terry Daniels, William H. Blair, William Stapleton, and Crystal Maynard. 

The charges are a mixture of drug-related and firearm charges.

A release from the Paintsville Police Department says the four have been lodged into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
