The Kentucky Department of Transportation advises motorists of one-lane traffic and delays along KY 3388 in Johnson County near Island Creek for cross-drain replacement. The work site is located at mile point 1.2 (1.2 miles South of KY 40).
Crews will replace an existing cross drain on Oct.7, working from 7:30 a.m to 5:30 pm. During this time the road will be reduced to one-lane traffic controlled by on-site flaggers.
Motorists will need to plan for long delays. Please pay close attention to signage and crews in the area.
KYTC will perform the work. Schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions.
