Former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn Mickey Stines was indicted for murder in the death of District Judge Kevin Mullins two months ago.
The hearing was held at the Morgan County courthouse earlier this week.
Court TV is reporting Stines is scheduled to appear for his arraignment on Monday, November 25.
