Deputies had to rescue a man out of the Tug River.
Joshua Brown was seen driving a truck that had a missing tire and was driving on a rim.
Deputies attempted a traffic stop, but Brown abandoned the truck and left the scene before police found the truck.
After some investigating, police found that Brown had a warrant for his arrest.
Deputies were trying to apprehend him when he jumped into the river where deputies had to rescue him from the cold water sending him to the hospital for treatment of hypothermia, then it was off to jail.
