A Pikeville man, Clinton Wayne Justice, has been indicted on vehicular homicide charges, DUI, tampering, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Justice is accused in the incident that killed Eric Deshaun Justice who was riding his bike on U.S. 460.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 13.
