* WHAT…South winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind gusts reaching into the 40 to 50 mph range are most probable during two time frames. The first is between 9 PM EST Tuesday and 5 AM EST on Wednesday with the second is between 9 AM EST and 5 PM EST on Wednesday.
