The men facing various charges related to the murder of Amber Spradlin were back in court on Monday.
WYMT reported that the trial for M.K. McKinney and his father, Michael McKinney, was supposed to begin Monday; however, prosecutors asked the court to continue the trial until evidence testing could be completed.
A new trial date of May 11th has been set.
The men are expected to be back in court for a pretrial conference Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.
