State lawmakers are considering a measure that would raise the minimum age for legal sports wagering in Kentucky.
House Bill 904 would up the age from 18 to 21 and it would also ban prop bets on the state’s student athletes.
Various other changes are included in the legislation as well, such as added regulations for fantasy contest operators.
The bill would also set up some more consumer protections, like self-exclusion lists and additional problem gambling resources.
