Two Prison Guards Accused of Drug Trafficking at EKCC

  A pair of guards at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex in Morgan County are facing charges for allegedly trafficking drugs to inmates.  

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that 34-year-old Dwayne Skaggs and 32-year-old Chester Caudill are accused of trafficking drugs, including methamphetamines, to inmates.  

They both now face charges of promoting contraband, trafficking, official misconduct, and engaging in organized crime.
