Police in Louisa have made an arrest in the theft of a camper that was stolen, but the theft was on video.
Forty-seven-year-old Kevin Totten, of Canada, Kentucky, has been charged with receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more.
Totten’s girlfriend, Kayla Garn, of Louisa, was also arrested on unrelated drug charges.
The stolen camper was found on the Church Fork Road in Inez.
