A stabbing in Prestonsburg has resulted in the arrest of a man from Louisville.
Prestonsburg police were called to a stabbing on Friday afternoon and found the victim with a stab wound to the neck and was taken to the hospital then transferred by helicopter to a trauma center.
The investigation led to the arrest of Wesley Gatlin, of Louisville, at the Alpike Motel three hours later.
