The Kentucky Wildcats and Clemson Tigers put on a show Friday afternoon in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl in Jacksonsville, Florida. Paintsville Tigers Finish as Runner-Up in Mountain School Boy Classic at Belfry

The Paintsville Tigers have been playing some Great Basketball over the last few weeks. Last week the Tigers competed in the Mountain Schoolboy Classic at Belfry H.S. and finished as Runner-up. In Game 1, the Tigers defeated Huntington Expression Prep, Huntington, W.Va (56-54). Lady Tigers Play in the Lady Panthers Inv. Tournament

The Paintsville Lady Tigers recently competed in the Pikeville Lady Panthers Invitational Tournament. Paintsville finished the Tournament 1-2, defeating Mason Co (56-54), but dropping games versus Meade Co (64-51) and Knott Co Central (64-54). The Lady Tigers are 6-5 overall on the season. Paintsville will be competing in the 15th Region All-A Tournament on Friday night versus Pikeville from the Appalachian Wireless Arena in Pikeville. Game Time is set for 7:30 PM.
