A single car accident in Floyd County has taken the life of 59 Ken Tackett of Beaver.
The investigation into the crash of RT 979 indicates that Tackett could have had a medical emergency before his left the roadway hitting at tree.
Tackett was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
