A traffic collision on Friday night in Pike County has killed one and injured another.
The accident was on U.S. Highway 119.
The investigation into the two-car accident has resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Chad Blackburn, of Red Jacket, West Virginia.
Blackburn reportedly told officers he had been smoking a THC vape pen.
A field sobriety test showed signs of impairment which led to the arrest.
