The Breathitt County coroner has identified the victim of a crash on Tuesday morning.
Jordan Gross was traveling on KY-30 when he hit black ice and crossed the line striking a vehicle head on.
Gross died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The other driver was airlifted to UK Hospital in critical condition.
Troopers say the drivers were not wearing seatbelts.
Results from a toxicology report are pending.
