Floyd Central Head Football Coach Shawn Hager has resigned. Coach Hager had been the only coach in Floyd Central School History, hired in 2017. His record was 27-58 those 8 years. His two best seasons at FCHS was an 8-4 campaign in 2017 and a 6-6 record last season (2023). Floyd Central’s season ended this year with a 48-16 loss to Shelby Valley in the first round of the Class 2A state playoffs last Friday.
