A man from Flat Gap, Brian Travis Click, has been arrested after his girlfriend accused him of beating her.
The victim reportedly passed out after telling police of the allegation.
Police found Click, but he claimed the two had argued before he took her home and left.
Click is facing charges of first-degree assault.
