Johnson County Woman Arrested on Shoplifting, Drug Charges

An arrest by Paintsville Police for shoplifting became an arrest for shoplifting and trafficking in fentanyl.

A Johnson County woman, Alisha Ralph, of Paintsville, was being watched by loss prevention at Walmart who called the police to arrest her.

Ralph then started yelling and cursing. 

A search found fentanyl, a needle, and stolen items.
