Police have arrested a Johnson County woman charging her with being intoxicated on drugs with her two children in the home.
The Paintsville Herald reports that Kansas Lyons was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and drug paraphernalia.
Her two children were placed with a family member, and the Department of Social Services was notified.
