A man accused of shooting and killing a Scott County Sheriff’s Deputy a-year-and-a-half ago is scheduled to change his plea.
Court officials said Steven Sheangshang is entering a guilty plea in the murder of Sheriff’s Deputy Caleb Conley during a traffic stop in May 2023 following a robbery.
He also pled guilty to charges stemming from separate shootings in Georgetown and Fayette County.
