A man who was indicted from running from police earlier was arrested Friday morning after leading police on another chase.
Tylor Douglas Wagoner was spotted riding an ATV by a Johnson County deputy.
The deputy knew that Wagoner had active warrants.
As the deputy tried to stop him, he allegedly took off and another chase began along Rt 201.
His ATV was found abandoned two hours later, and Wagnor was found hiding in some buses where he was arrested.
