Saturday night, Pikeville Police arrested 35-year-old Kenneth Brad Hall on charges of burglary, assault, terroristic threating, and menacing.
Police responded to a home in Pikeville where a woman told them Hall had threatened to kill her and take her children.
While police were investigating, Hall allegedly called with more threats.
The woman left her home to get an emergency protective order; but, while she was away, there was another phone call where Hall said he had broken into her apartment and destroyed some of her property.
Police arrested Hall as he was leaving the apartment where the door was kicked in and some items were damaged.
