Randall Miner, 42, has been charged with trafficking a controlled substance in Floyd County.
Police were in Dodson Branch investigating reports of a blocked roadway when they noticed that Miner went into a home where they were receiving tips about possible drug violations.
Police received permission to go into the home where they found Miner hiding under a pile of clothes.
Further investigation found meth and paraphernalia.
