The unemployment rate in the Bluegrass State continues to rise slightly with Martin County having the state’s highest unemployment rate at 10.7%; followed by Magoffin County, 10.5%; Breathitt County, 9.6%; Knott County, 8.4%; Lewis County, 8.3%; Cumberland County recorded the lowest jobless rate in the commonwealth at 3.9%.
