In Morgan County, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Jon Simione, 66, and charged him with crimes related to a child sexual abuse material investigation.
The felony is punishable by five to ten years in prison.
Simione was also charged with the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
