The Morehead State University Board of Regents has adopted a new budget that increases scholarships at the school.
School president Dr. Jay Morgan says the scholarships will go a long way to help keep college affordable and accessible.
The Regents have also heard and update about the college’s facilities master plan, which includes more academic space and residence hall improvements.
School officials say the planned upgrades will eventually improve the student experience and the evolving needs of the MSU community.
