A Paintsville man who refused to leave the emergency room at the Paintsville ARH has been arrested on drug trafficking charges.
The Herald reported that James Moore had left the ER by the time officers arrived.
Moore was stopped in front of the Big Sandy Community and Technical College.
Police said he smelled of marijuana and was very nervous speaking to them.
A search found scales, marijuana, and two clear bags with what Moore said were THC crystals.
