A Pikeville man, Joshua Habern, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug and gun charges.
The charges stem from a raid by Kentucky State Police and Pikeville Police in September of 2022.
On Friday, Habern’s attorney filed a notice that he would be appealing the sentence.
