Prestonsburg Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that involved two pedestrians Monday afternoon.
One victim was flown to a hospital in critical condition.
The other was taken to Highlands ARH.
Investigators told WYMT they believe the driver, an elderly person, may have been experiencing a medical emergency and did not realize they had hit anyone.
