Karen Kelly, a Pike County native, is the new chief of staff for Rep. Hal Rogers.
Kelly previously served as a field representative for Rogers in Eastern Kentucky.
The Pike County native helped Rogers establish Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) and served as the founding CEO of Operation UNITE.
