SOAR, Shaping Our Appalachian Region, has announced the dates for the 10th Soar Summit. Colby Hall, Executive Director of SOAR, said the event will be held on October 17th and 18th in Pikeville at the Appalachian Wireless Arena and sessions across the city.
Last year, the summit hosted over 400 companies, 40 guest speakers, and surpassed 1,200 attendees.
Shaping our Appalachian Region serves 54 counties in Kentucky.
Gayle Manchin, Federal Co-Chair of the Appalachian Regional Commission, will deliver the keynote address at the closing session of the summit.
