Police in Salyersville have arrested a man from South Carolina on drug trafficking charges and drug and possession charges.
Todd Kreigh has been the subject of several complaints recently and police confronted him after they spotted him in Salyersville.
When questioning Kreigh, he confessed to having a small bag of marijuana which gave officers probable cause to search his car where deputies found meth, fentanyl, Xanax, ThC vape cartridges, and drug paraphernalia.
