A state trooper has arrested Jessica Brown after he conducted a stop for a traffic violation.
The trooper was patrolling in Martin near the New Bridge when he spotted Brown driving without a seat belt, so he pulled her over.
The trooper noticed a meth pipe, which gave him probable cause to conduct a search.
He found three bags of meth, a bag of pills, and a bag of marijuana in a backpack.
Brown was arrested and charged with trafficking meth along with a number of lesser charges.
