Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in the Hagerhill community of Johnson County. According to Kentucky State Police, investigators say Retina Meek crossed the center line on Kentucky Route 321 and collided with a pickup truck driven by Jason Kinner. Meek and a passenger, Anita Meek, were taken to area hospitals but later died from their injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by KSP Accident Reconstructionist Detective Matt Smith.
