The number of first time filings for unemployment are increasing across Kentucky.
That’s according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which says for the week ending November 15th, there were more than three-thousand first time filings in the state.
That number is nearly 700 filings higher than the week prior.
Nationally, the number of initial filings decreased for the week.
