Kentucky State Police Arrest Floyd County Man on Drug Charges

HAROLD, Ky. (September 17, 2024) – Kentucky State Police arrested a Floyd County man on September 12, 2024 after illegal drugs were discovered at his residence in the Harold community of Floyd County. 

While conducting a search of the home, approximately one pound of suspected Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, five firearms, and approximately $5,000 in cash were seized from the residence. 

Joshua Vajda, 34, of Harold, was arrested and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center on the charge of Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
