Two men were arrested on drug charges last week in Lawrence County.
During a search, law enforcement officers discovered approximately four ounces of methamphetamine, marijuana, numerous prescription pills, drug trafficking packaging materials, electronics, various drug paraphernalia, over five-thousand-dollars in cash, and two firearms.
Upon entry, officers observed 2 suspects attempting to destroy the narcotics.
58-year-old Billy Howard and 45-year-old Jason “Buddy” Hodge were both arrested and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
