FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSIP) – A Pike County jury has convicted a Floyd County man of first-degree sexual abuse stemming from a 2022 indictment.
Scotty Hall, 49, of Teaberry, was found guilty Tuesday following a two-day trial in Pike Circuit Court.
The indictment alleged Hall committed a sexual act in front of a child under 16. Jurors recommended a four-year prison sentence. Hall was taken into custody following the verdict and is being held without bond. Formal sentencing is set for October 8th.
