LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSIP) – A Lawrence County man has been arrested after a grand jury indicted him on fentanyl-related charges.
Court records show 35-year-old Tommy Church was taken into custody July 9 on charges of engaging in organized crime and importing fentanyl into Kentucky.
Prosecutors allege Church participated in an ongoing fentanyl trafficking operation between July and September of 2025.
He is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
