Marcia Lynn Back
Marcia Lynn Back, age 58, of Jeremiah, passed away Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Whitesburg ARH.
She Is survived by her husband: Roger Back; 2 daughters: Brenda Tibbs of Hamilton, Ohio and Alexas Anderson of Jeremiah; 2 sons: Shane Jones of Portland, Oregon and Robert Back of Jeremiah; 1 brother: Richard Jones of Blackey; 4 sisters: Glenda Coleman of West Virginia, Catherine Caudill of Blackey, Candy Fields of Fairfield, Ohio and Eva Caudill of Blackey; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Tuesday, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for Marcia Lynn Back will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Back Cemetery at Jeremiah.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.
Clara Mae Creech Mullins
Clara Mae Creech Mullins, age 94, of Cumberland passed away on Saturday June 20, 2026, at her residence.
She is survived by one daughter: Betty Carol Hudack of Lynch; one son: Dale E. Mullins of Eolia; three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great- grandchild; two brothers: James “Eb” Creech and Joseph “Meb” Creech.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm this evening, Tuesday June 23, 2026, at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Pound, VA.
Visitation will also be after 12 noon on Wednesday June 24, 2026, at the Cumberland Central Baptist Church in Cumberland.
Funeral services for Clara Mae Creech Mullins will follow at 2:30pm. Wednesday June 24, 2026, at the Cumberland Central Baptist Church in Cumberland with Roger Colinger officiating.
Burial will follow in the Earl Mullins Family Cemetery on Green Valley Drive at Eolia.
