CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (WSIP) – A Boyd County man charged with boating under the influence after a fatal incident at Grayson Lake has pleaded guilty.
23-year-old Cameron Conley admitted to operating a boat while intoxicated after 19-year-old Marly Kinney was reported missing on June 24.
Court records show Conley’s blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit.
Under a plea agreement, he was fined $25 and ordered to pay court costs, avoiding additional jail time.
The investigation into Kinney’s death remains ongoing.
