If you are having trouble finding a good job because of past substance abuse, or if you recently got out of jail, the Northern Improvement Company might have an opportunity for you to get a “Second Chance.”
The Northern Improvement Company is having a series of Second Chance Job Fairs aimed at providing employment opportunities.
The company has positions for heavy equipment operators, CDL truck drivers, concreter finishers, laborers, foremen, and superintendents.
The job fairs will be held on March 18 in Hazard at the Kentucky Career Center.
A virtual, online event will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on March 19th at the Pike County Library in Pikeville, 10 a.m. to noon in Prestonsburg at the Kentucky Career Center, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. pm March 20 at the Kentucky Career Center, 10 a.m. to noon in Ashland, and in Morehead from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Kentucky Career Center.
