The Wolfe County Search and Rescue Team made a rescue of a stranded hiker on Indian Stairsteps.
The hiker was found about 100 feet from a cliff ledge after apparently sliding off the side of the stairs and was stopped by a small patch of brush.
The hiker was taken up the cliff in a harness.
