PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WSIP) – Three Floyd County men, including a Floyd County School bus driver, have been arrested on federal charges following child exploitation investigations.
U.S. Marshals, the FBI and local agencies made the arrests as part of “Operation Safe Harbor”, following investigations involving the sexual abuse of minors, the production or possession of child sexual abuse material, online enticement and the transportation of victims across state lines.
The arrest includes 31-year-old Bryan Cantrell of Minnie, 23-year-old Simon Roxas of Prestonsburg and 40-year-old Andrew Lewis of Prestonsburg.
Lewis, who works for Floyd County Schools, also faces sexual abuse allegations and tampering with physical evidence in Floyd Circuit Court.
All three were lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
