Charges of child endangerment are being filed against Jessica Harless, of Inez.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Department was investigating complaints of drug trafficking at the home.
During the investigation, Harless confessed that she had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the house and had used marijuana earlier that day.
Deputies called Child and Family Services after seeing a 12-year-old child and the home had no running water.
Harless and a man in the home, Jonathan Mollett, were arrested and transported to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
