Winners Announced for Paintsville’s Best Christmas Decorated Homes

The City of Paintsville Beautification Volunteers have announced the winners of their 2023 Best Decorated Home awards.

The home of Donnie and Joann Calloway Stepp won the first place recognition.

Second place was the home of Randal and Chanel Hunter, and third place went to LB and Janie Lemaster.

Other honorable mentions include the homes of Tim & Debra Branham, Mike & Linda Wiley, Trent & Shelley Dawn Lemaster, and Chrissy Branham.

The committee says anonymous voting was conducted to determine this year’s winners.
