Prestonsburg Police have arrest Pamella Mullins at Walmart.
Store security called police saying that Mullins had been seen taking items from store shelves and then taking them to Customer Service and trying to return the items for store gift cards.
Store management told police that Mullins had repeated the scheme 17 times, netting $1,600 in gift cards.
