META, Ky. (WSIP) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday morning on U.S. 119 in Pike County.
Troopers say a Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Harley Dempsey was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes in the Meta community when it collided with a Chevrolet Traverse driven by Stony Blackburn.
Dempsey was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
