INEZ, Ky. (WSIP) – The Appalachian Artist Festival returns to downtown Inez Friday and Saturday with two days of free music, art, food and family activities.
The festival kicks off Friday afternoon with live music, square dancing and a corn-shucking contest. Saturday’s lineup features a songwriters round, open mic and live performances.
Visitors can also enjoy local artists, handmade crafts, fresh produce, food vendors, Kentucky Mist Distillery, and medieval-themed activities including mounted archery and armor demonstrations.
The festival takes place along Court Street in downtown Inez.
